Welcome to the naked city: sun, swingers and very little shoplifting

A large section of the town is clothing-optional, and thousands of tourists flock there every year for the opportunity to spend their days naked--not only on the beach or in the pool, but in the shopping area also. Curiously, although it isn't required, most of them put clothes on for evening activities.
