Instead of thinking about profits first and then considering social responsibility, our business focuses on the inclusion of local partners from the outset. Our business centres on the following three aspects:


• Traceability: buying directly from small farm cooperatives in Ecuador and using 100% Fairtrade and Organic certified cacao beans


• Community engagement: processing cacao beans and making chocolate in the country of origin, adding value to the local economy


• Continuous progress: monitoring and continuing to improve our CSR performance in line with GRI G4 and ISO 26000 indicators
